  1. LA and Chicago ? Rich ? Then why can’t they control their crime and gang and drug problems ? The people their face unacceptable domestic terrorism every day and I cannot imagine any corporation or even sports team wanting to stay there. Does economical wealth and activity define rich ? Miami, Florida is very glitzy and glamorous in places yet there are segments of poverty, poorly maintained neighborhoods and crack houses.
